The combination of my geoscientific background and my voluntary engagement at the German Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW) let to a professional engagement in national civil protection. The relief section gives an overview of my activities in this field.

This sites geology section introduces earth science projects of the last years. A listing of scientific publications is of course not missing.

The French and German versions of this site have been shut down for actuality reasons but a short overview is still embedded.
